In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc. Libro Credit Union is actively recruiting a proven Human Resources (HR) Business Leader to join their growing team in London, Ontario. Working in a hybrid model, this demonstrated, value-driven, and supportive HR Business Leader provides front-line leadership support to the HR team through exemplary people leadership, regular coaching, and project leadership to further Libro Credit Union’s success and initiatives.
The highly-committed leader will be responsible for coaching, leading, and inspiring the HR Business Partner team, by providing support and leadership for their daily activities, which include improving employee relations, and bringing out the best in others. Likewise, they will actively participate in and support People Leader recruitment, including hiring, coaching, onboarding, and competency development, as well as assisting People Leaders in identifying areas for training and competency development.
As a flexible HR leader, you will demonstrate a “be of service” attitude and provide expertise to HR Business Partners, People Leaders, and Staff with HR-related issues while developing and defining HR best practices to further the organization’s strategic development. In addition, this opportunity will allow you to exemplify a true business partner’s skills while working in an exciting environment with like-minded individuals.
To qualify for this unique opportunity, the HR Business Leader will hold a post-secondary education with a focus on Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated HR generalist experience at a senior level, preferably with a CHRL qualification, and experience within recruitment, change management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and employment legislation. In addition, the strong leader of sound judgment will maintain a commitment to innovation, relentless learning, and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and complex situations that may escalate.
As a proven, collaborative, and energizing leader, the HR Business Leader will have exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support, motivate, and empower those within their team and organization to achieve the goals of Libro Credit Union to drive innovation and culture.
