ROLE OBJECTIVE:

Reporting to the Manager, Mail Production, the Mail Production Associate will be responsible to operate Cleanlist's mail production equipment and produce a high volume of personalized and confidential mailings for delivery by Canada Post. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 4 hours per day, M-F. The work schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to suit the candidate. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Help plan and organize daily production  
- Operate laser printers and mailing machines
- Verify mail batches and ensure high-quality production
- Prepare mail for pick-up
- Help load and unload deliveries
- Help maintain supply inventory 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Education –no minimum requirements
- Good spoken and written English  
- At least 3 years experience working in a light production environment
- Fork-lift truck experience (or license) ideal, but not required
- Physical ability to work on your feet, considerable walking/moving, light lifting
- Eye for detail and quality conscious 
- Requires a high level of dexterity and coordination
- Ability to operate computer programs and general business applications
- Solid organizational and work planning skills
- Interpersonal Skills – Approachable and easy to talk to. Relates well to all kinds of people in the organization.  Able to effectively build rapport with others.  Uses diplomacy and tact.  Maintains composure and shows an ability to resolve conflicts and gain agreement.
