Job Description
The incumbent performs a variety of tasks associated with providing operational support and analysis contributing to the bottom line and sales success of the company. The incumbent generates invoices, credits, and investigates discrepancies in order to earn revenue for the company. Maintaining efficient departmental flow and success to maximize sales and meet the operational requirements will help to fulfill Tribe’s mission of Putting Patient Outcomes First… In Everything We Do™

You will manage the issuance of timely billings following shipment of inventory from our head office in London to hospitals across Canada. Using our SAP B1 inventory system, you will track and ensure cases are completed and bills are issued. Working with sales reps to ensure follow through with our hospital customers, you will be instrumental in quota achievement for Tribe in ensuring timely billings and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with advanced skills using computer software such as Excel; a strong attention to detail, organized and can work well remotely as well as with co-workers, managers, customers, and general public.

This role reports to a London-based manager but can be remote from anywhere in Canada. Onsite training at the beginning of your employment will be required and occasional onsite training or meetings will also be required so travel to London must be feasible for you.
