Our client in Waterloo region is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. A Project Coordinator who has experience assisting and coordinating the Project Managers delivering the objectives of a project. Ideally, someone with 3-5+ years experience facilitating meetings, creating meeting minutes and distribute minutes to all the project team members. Someone with experience working with the project team to define the project scope, as well as estimating project work efforts, developing a project plan, schedule and budget as well as getting the agreement with key stakeholders. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills, as you'll be communicating actions, plans, project risk and issues with key members and stakeholders.
