London Hospital Linen Services specializes in providing centralized laundry services for the health care industry. Our customers receive service specifically aligned with their requirements. We offer a state-of-the-art facility with unique technology, including our sophisticated database management which allows customers to change their orders online relative to their patient census and specific needs.
The successful candidate will provide executive support to the Chief Operating Officer, in addition to providing communications support to the Management Team. This position greets and interacts with the public/visitors at the main reception area while conducting the executive assistant duties. Strong attention to detail is required for the analysis of weekly production reports and proactively identifying inconsistencies as well as other monthly and annual report preparations. Drafting correspondence, merging files, filing, mailing (incoming and outgoing), creation of and distribution of Board of Director meeting packages, travel arrangements and a full spectrum of other support duties.

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years minimum experience in the Executive Assistant role supporting the senior leader and management team.
- Proficient in excel and the creation of formulas required for efficient spreadsheet development and report generation.
- Excellent MS Office skills and the proven ability to utilize an integrated computer system.
- Steady, proficient, attention to detail
- Outgoing and friendly approach are assets, but also enjoying quiet time.
