About the Role
We are seeking a Seasonal Tax Administrative Assistant to fill an opening supporting our team during the peak tax season. This fast-paced role focuses on client intake, document organization, and administrative support during a short and busy filing period. The ideal candidate works independently within established procedures, greets clients in a positive and professional manner, and supports the team with tax document intake and organization. The role does not involve providing tax advice or independent filing authority.
This position is for an existing vacancy.

Job Requirements
  • Greet clients and provide professional front-office support in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Answer phone calls and general tax-season inquiries
  • Coordinate client document drop-off and pick-up
  • Organize, compile, and track tax files using firm checklists
  • Scan, upload, and manage documents securely
  • Enter client-provided information into tax software under supervision
  • Schedule appointments and support daily tax-season workflows
Skills and Experience
  • 2 years of administrative tax experience, preferably in an accounting or financial services office environment
  • Experience working directly with clients, with demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear, professional customer service skills for in-person, virtual, and email interactions
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work within established workflows and coordinate tasks within a team-based office environment
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Able to remain focused and efficient during the busy, deadline-driven tax season
  • Demonstrated reliability and accountability in completing assigned work accurately and on time
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and work within office systems and software
