Our client, a Canadian company that has been in business for 70 years, is looking for labourers with experience working with wood and basic hand tools!

We have openings on the day shift and the afternoon shift! Straight shifts, no rotating! You will be working in a supportive team-orientated environment!

Location
– Paris, ON
– A short drive from Brantford!

Pay rate:
– $18-20/hour, based on experience
– Weekly pay every Friday

Responsibilities:
– Build and assemble pallets, crates, and wood packaging products
– Safely operate hand tools and basic machinery (nail guns, saws, etc.)
– Measure, cut, and prepare lumber according to work orders
– Load, stack, bundle, and prepare finished goods for shipment

Requirements:
– Able to lift 50lbs repetitively
– Basic knowledge and some experience with hand tools such as nail guns, saws, power drills, etc.
– Attention to detail
– Able to read basic blueprints is a strong asset
