Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of 8-11 assemblers/metal fabricators
- Achieve safety, quality, delivery and production requirements on a daily basis
- Provide direction, leadership and ongoing feedback to Production Associates
- Deliver solutions and support for process improvements and problem solving in the manufacturing process
- Teach and follow organizational process including lean manufacturing process where applicable
- Develop best practices to improve all department activities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Production Supervisor experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Must be comfortable working independently, experience running an off-shift preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of metal fabrication and assembly strongly preferred
- Willingness to work a Straight Afternoon shift
