Reporting directly to the senior management; this position will be overseeing the company’s marketing strategies and will be leading a team of 3 super star marketers.

Express SRG is recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a valued insurance client in London, ON.
Reporting directly to the senior management; this position will be overseeing the company’s marketing strategies and will be leading a team of 3 super star marketers.

Requirements:
- Developing creative marketing strategies including brand management, advertising, and web and sales collateral.
- Conducting market research and demographic analysis to better understand the target market.
- Assisting in preparation of long- and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies and budgets
- Central liaison between multiple internal/external stake holders.
- Supervising a team of 3 creative marketers.
- 5-10 years of strong full rounded marketing/design experience.
- 2-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
- Experience developing marketing plans; producing content etc.
- Post-secondary education in marketing.
- Portfolio is needed.
