Build and Scale the Demand Engine
Senior Marketing Manager — Cleanlist (London, ON | Onsite)
This isn’t a “manage the calendar” role.
It’s a build, generate, and scale role.
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can strengthen our pipeline of inbound opportunities, sharpen how we position Cleanlist in market, and turn marketing into a system that reliably fuels sales.
You’ll own both:

Demand generation (primary focus)

Brand, content, and positioning (already solid, with room to sharpen)

You’ll lead that.
What You’ll Actually Do
This role is part strategist, part operator, part builder.
1. Strengthen and Expand the Marketing Engine
-
Build and launch campaigns that generate qualified inbound
-
Increase the volume and quality of marketing-sourced leads
-
Test new channels and double down on what converts
Bottom line: You ensure demand is consistently strong and growing
2. Sharpen Positioning and Messaging
-
Own how Cleanlist shows up across web, content, and campaigns
-
Clarify our value proposition for enterprise marketing and data teams
-
Improve conversion at every stage of the funnel
This is about clarity and consistency—not one-off creative wins
3. Drive Demand Generation (Primary Focus)

Expand reach into new accounts and industries
-
Identify where our messaging wins—and double down
-
Build momentum in inbound pipeline growth
This is the #1 priority.
4. Support Sales and Existing Clients

Work closely with Sales to improve targeting and conversion

Build content and campaigns that support expansion and retention
-
Ensure marketing and sales are pulling in the same direction
Alignment with Sales makes both functions stronger
5. Build and Align the Marketing Function

Work with and develop any supporting team members or agency partners
-
Clarify priorities across brand, content, and demand gen Improve accountability, reporting, and execution
This is as much about alignment and leadership as it is about campaigns
6. Build the Marketing System

Refine the marketing process and playbook Improve funnel visibility and attribution

Work closely with Sales to tighten the handoff from lead to opportunity
Your job is to make demand generation predictable and scalable

Who This Is Perfect For

Has 5–10+ years in B2B marketing (data, SaaS, marketing services, or similar)

Has experience generating demand in mid-market or enterprise environments

Has personally built and run campaigns that convert

Has led or coached marketing team members or agency partners

Is hands-on, practical, and execution-focused

Cares about consistency, process, and results
