In this role, you will be providing top quality customer service in a one call resolution customer care center. To ensure your success, our client offers a paid, in-classroom training experience so that you can provide your clients with the best experience possible. Specifically, you may be responsible for answering questions about health & dental insurance, financial products, and more. Opportunities vary in subject matter.

We are looking for bilingual customer service representatives who are passionate about amazing customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills in a call centre environment (1-2 years)
- Excellent communication
- Strong keyboarding skills
