IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring full time production associates for a well established automotive manufacturing company in Tillsonburg. This is a full time, permanent position within the company (no temp work).
We are seeking highly motivated, hard working and reliable candidates that are interested and eager in learning how to produce and assemble quality automotive parts in multi axis machining centers and automated dial assembly operations.
Comprehensive orientation and training is provided and fully paid. Pay rates are competitive and set you up for an annual increase over 8%.
Starting wage is $21.04 per hour. Shift premium for afternoons and midnights ($21.69 per hour).
Must be able to:

Must be able to:
- Use PPE as required
- Work rotating shifts (Days 7am-3pm, Afternoons 3pm-11pm, Midnights 11pm-7am) on a weekly rotation. Rotation is based on production needs.
- Operate the necessary machines, tools and equipment
- Perform quality checks
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Lift, move and manipulate objects repetatively
