We are looking for Bookkeeper /Office Administrator to join our growing dynamic company!


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Certificate in Bookkeeping & previous Administration is required
  • Previous experience in within  the Transportation industry
  • Bilingual (French) would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Experience working with E-Logs programs (PeopleNet experience would be an asset)
  • Strong, proven computer background with good command of MS Office, Word & Excel.
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills & strong attention to detail
     
RESPONSBILITES:
  • Bookkeeping (Sage) – reconcile & manage accounts for 2 companies
  • HST & QST filings to date &  Year-end filings
  • Payroll (Ceridian) & Benefits Administration
  • A/R & A/P Invoicing for our Transportation & Garage facilities
  • MTO/CVOR documents & filings
  • Maintaining of filing systems; including driver and maintenance records
  • Reception, other general office admin tasks.
