Prime Management Group Inc. is pleased to be partnering with Glass Canada in the search for a strategic and forward-thinking Manager, Residential and Service Division. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Manager, Residential and Service Division will oversee all residential windows, doors, film, showers, and service operations. This newly created leadership role is responsible for fostering greater cohesion across service functions, building a high-performing team that consistently delivers quality and value.
The Manager will lead a team that includes three direct reports responsible for customer service, service delivery, and purchasing, as well as 16 indirect reports. With full accountability for financial performance and operational execution, this individual will play a key role in streamlining processes, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and revitalizing client relationships, particularly with institutional and property management partners.
This results-oriented leader will also contribute to long-term strategy by identifying opportunities to expand underleveraged product lines, such as showers and railings, and by improving internal systems related to estimating, scheduling, procurement, and invoicing.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of five years of leadership experience in customer service, construction, or a related residential trade environment, ideally with exposure to windows and doors
- Post-secondary education in business, construction, or a related discipline
- Effective communicator with a track record of building strong teams, supporting change, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture
- Strong operational knowledge across the full project lifecycle, including quoting, scheduling, service delivery, and job completion
- Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and identifying areas for process improvement
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with AutoCAD is considered an asset
