Job Description
Our client, a transportation/logistics company in the Stratford, Ontario is looking for add an HR Manager to their Senior Management team. In the role of HR Manager you would be wearing a lot of hats including but not limited to:
A) Talent Acquisition– Covers recruiting (social media, etc.), onboarding (develop or fine tune existing one), careers (professional growth/upward mobility) and talent referral program.
B) Development – Performance, recognition, diversity and inclusion, total performance leadership, training
C) Compensation – Job alignment, job mobility, pension, deferred compensation (bonuses, etc.)
D) Admin – HRIS, HR Systems, Ethics, Compliance, Safety (H&S, WHMIS, WSIB), and workforce relations
E) Benefits – Annual Enrolment, Health and Wellness, Benefit Partners
F) Separation – Terminations, Exit Interviews, Retirement
G) Social Media - Twitter, Facebook, Linked IN
If you have at least three year of previous HR Management experience within Transportation, Logistics or Warehousing, a post-secondary education and have had hands on experience in the outlined responsibilities above we want to hear from you.
