Job Duties

• Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis of AP/AR and inventory subledgers
• Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts including investigation and resolution of unreconciled items
• Daily reconciliation of multiple bank accounts in various currencies
• Preparation of cash flow requriements by currency
• Preparation of payment batches by currency
• Providing support and facilitating year-end audit; ensuring all timelines are met

Skills/Qualifications

• CPA or CPA condidate
• Ability to process daily AP and AR postings and then move to monthly preparation of balance sheet and income statement
• Exposure to a multiple-currency environment, especially during completeion of period-end closing procedures
• Advance knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with SAGE ERP an asset
• A demonstated ability to work under time constraints, effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities, be detail oriented, and knowledge of the big picture
• 3-5 years of progessive accounting experience, manufacturing a strong plus
