Our client is seeking a driven, devoted, and resourceful SaaS Business Development Manager to leave a legacy for opening a new market by accelerating, developing, and managing the company’s business growth in Canada.
Reporting to the CEO, the SaaS Business Development Manager will be an innovative, resilient, self-starter to go to market to identify and develop prospective accounts/partnerships organically and through a network of Reseller and System Integrator Partners. The SaaS Business Development Manager will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating to prospects a leading IT performance monitoring and management product that is already being used by global corporations, government bodies, and medium sized enterprises around the world.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you will have 5+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales - ideally workspace, infrastructure software, and/or server virtualization - as well as channel partner management experience. You will have an impressive talent for prospecting, qualifying, developing, managing, and closing business with complex B2B sales cycles and will have a commendable track record consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota through both direct and indirect sales channels including selling to Service Providers. Your entrepreneurial mindset and excellent relationship building skills, as well as your knowledge and experience with Citrix and VMware technologies/Partner Channels or experience working for one or more Application Performance Monitoring software vendors, will be foundational and critical to your success in this position.
This position is home based with national travel required to meet partners and customers.
