Overview:
We are looking for a Carpenter – Custom Accessory Builder to join our production team. This hands-on role involves building high-quality custom wood accessories and working with precision tools and machinery in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble custom wood accessories (utensil inserts, spice racks, knife inserts, dish organizers, etc.).
• Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, routers, sanders, and dovetailers.
• Interpret and follow detailed drawings and specifications.
• Load/unload materials and maintain safe material handling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Keep the work area organized and hazard-free.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ woodworking experience.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
