Morning & Afternoon Shifts
Are you someone who likes to stay busy, enjoys working on your feet, and takes pride in getting the job done right?We are looking for Cart Pickers to join the team at a large, well-established employer in the Elora area.This is a fast-paced warehouse role where you'll be using a cart and headset to pick customer orders, move product throughout the warehouse, and make sure orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
No forklift experience is required! We're looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, comfortable with physical work, and ready to be part of a great team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING· Using a headset and voice-picking system to pick customer orders
· Using a cart to move throughout the warehouse and pick product
· Walking throughout the warehouse for most of your shift
· Lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 lbs
· Picking orders accurately and efficiently
· Staging completed orders
· Replenishing product as required
· Following pick instructions and meeting productivity expectations
· Working safely around warehouse equipment and other team members
· Keeping your work area clean and organized
· Following all warehouse safety procedures
· Supporting general warehouse activities as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're looking for people who are reliable, energetic, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.You should have:· Previous warehouse, order picking, retail, production or distribution experience is an asset
· Experience with order picking is an asset, but not required
· Comfortable using a headset and following voice-picking instructions
· Comfortable walking for extended periods throughout your shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
· Comfortable bending, reaching, lifting and moving product throughout the day
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-moving environment
· A strong focus on safety
· Reliable transportation to Elora
· Ability to work your assigned shift
· A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
