CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH LONDON BRIDGE CHILD CARE SERVICES Position: Permanent Full Time Human Resources Generalist Location: Administration Office, 550 Fanshawe Park Rd E, London Schedule: 40 hours per week; working hours between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Start Date: Immediately Compensation: Starting salary at $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience, comprehensive benefit package including; RSP Employee-Employer match, Vacation and Personal Time Entitlements, and Employee Assistance Program About London Bridge London Bridge Child Care Services is a non-profit umbrella organization comprised of 19 licensed child care centres, and 8 Before and After School programs in London, Sarnia, Dorchester, and Huron County. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In your role as an Human Resources Generalist with London Bridge you will be part a four person team supporting various HR functions, with an emphasis on striving for positive employee experience. The various responsibilities supports day-to-day HR operations, providing services across employee relations, compliance, performance management, recruitment and onboarding. This job description outlines the expectations and responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist. It is intended to be used as a general guide.
