Food Production - Beef Breaker

Pay: $18.00/hour

Our client, a family-owned meat processing facility, is currently hiring Beef Breakers for their growing operation. This is a physically demanding role ideal for dependable, hardworking individuals looking for long-term employment and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for breaking down beef and handling beef products, ensuring efficient production while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Shift: Monday to Friday; 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Pay: $18.00/hour

  • Overtime available
  • Benefits available after 3 months

Job Duties

  • Breaking down and handling beef products
  • Heavy lifting up to 150 lbs
  • Working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Assisting throughout the production process as needed

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Comfortable with very physical work
  • Able to lift heavy product consistently throughout the shift
  • Able to work in a colder environment
  • No experience required, training provided

PPE Provided

  • Coats
  • Helmets
  • Hairnets
  • Additional required PPE

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.
