Parts Coordinator in Guelph

Seeking a Parts Coordinator for a leading Canadian provider of commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment supplying restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and hotels with durable, heavy-duty appliances and supplies.
What you’ll be doing:Responsible for receiving and organizing small parts (1-2 lbs)Will manage a separate parts department within the warehouse ideally in the futureActs as key support to Rodrigo (‘right-hand’ role)Uses Purolator and other shipping methodsShips limited SKUs (approx. 5 – 10 products/day to technicians)
What you’re provided:Temp to HireBenefits upon HireFull Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay rate: $20-$24/hour (based on experience)
Whay you bring:Strong organization and self-management skillsPatient and able to adapt to new processesInventory control experience preferredParts/service experience an asset (refrigeration knowledge a bonus)Comfortable using Excel and Google SheetsAble to operate forklift, no license requiredOwn vehicle (limited transit access in Guelph)
