Production Associates

Job Title: Production Associate- Positions Available Now!

Location: Tillsonburg, Ontario.(On-site) 

Work Type: Temporary- Ongoing- 4 day week!

Salary: $20.00/hr

Vacancy: Existing vacancy / Pipeline role

 
This Production Associate role is ideal for a professional who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment, solving daily production and quality challenges, and working within a manufacturing setting. The right person will recognize this role as a natural next step based on their experience in general labour, production, or entry-level manufacturing roles.

 

What you'll do

  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely
  • Assemble, package, and inspect products according to company standards
  • Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, sorting, and material handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
  •  Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
  • Report any equipment or quality issues to supervisors

  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Able to follow instructions 
  • Someone with reliable transportation
