Job Description

For 42 years, Quest Brands Inc. has been a leading manufacturer of quality fencing and nettings, landscape fabrics, fall and winter protection products, planting and gardening and construction and safety products for consumer and commercial applications. Excited about expanding their operations from Brampton to London with an impressive growth trajectory, Quest Brands Inc. continues to serve their customers through quality products for both consumer and commercial application.

In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Quest Brands Inc. is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and perceptive Supply Chain Supervisor to join their team and new facility in London, Ontario.

Reporting to the COO, the Supply Chain Supervisor will collaborate with Sales Managers and the Production Manager in the assurance of sufficient raw materials, finished goods, and other sundry goods to meet customer timelines, needs, and quantity demands. • Working closely with Production to problem solve and manage excessive scrap, material quality, and machine downtime; and coordinating with the COO, Production Supervisor, and Customer Service Representatives to ensure 100% on-time delivery by establishing and monitoring the schedule to proactively identify and address any issues related to stock shortages.
  • Providing department KPI reporting to the Management team on metrics with appropriate analysis and countermeasures while supporting all departments in the accumulation and presentation of data surrounding their KPIs; and leading weekly meetings on material shortages and running reports to support.

Additionally, this Supply Chain professional will have proven critical-thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills to provide viable solutions and exceptionally deliver on customer expectations. This position also requires demonstrated experience working with an ERP system for effective inventory control and developing associated reports for Management’s consideration. Moreover, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and high Excel & Access proficiency with a demonstrated ability to effectively analyze data, make recommendations, and set targets.
