We’re hiring a Woodworking Machine Operator to run production equipment, ensure quality finishes, and maintain a safe, organized work area for a leading wood products company.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor woodworking machinery
• Read drawings/specs; measure and verify dimensions
• Perform routine maintenance, blade changes, and adjustments
• Inspect finished parts for quality; record production data
• Follow safety protocols, housekeeping, and material handling standards

Common Machines (experience with any is an asset)

• CNC Router, Table Saw, Panel Saw, Edge Bander, Moulder, Planer/Thicknesser, Wide Belt Sander, Drill Press, Boring Machine

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in woodworking or manufacturing
• Ability to use measuring tools (tape, calipers, squares)
• Comfort with material handling and repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
