We are looking for a highly motivated; team orientated Office/On-Site Assistant to join our Woodstock team.    This position is to start July 13, 2015.
 
Qualifications for this role:
-Secondary School diploma or equivalent
-Completion of one or two year college with a business or human resource related diploma an asset
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Previous customer service experience
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and show flexibility to adjust to office requirements
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Tact, diplomacy and maturity in handling difficult situations in person and on the phone with clients and the general public
-Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
-Must have reliable transportation to attend job fairs and other work related functions

Responsibilities:
-Answering telephone inquiries and receiving of visitors and potential candidates
-Assisting in the hiring process which may include screening, booking appointments, interviewing, testing and conducting references
-Assisting the Account Manager and Workforce Development Manager as required and acts as back up for both Account Manager and Recruiter during vacations and absences
-Conducting daily orientation and check-ins for newly hired Team Members
-Printing performance evaluations for all Team Members per the evaluation schedule
-Dealing with employee relations issues in a professional and courteous manner
-Preparing payroll files for a bi-weekly payroll schedule
-Data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning and other related administrative duties
-Participation in the office cell phone rotation
