Job Description:

- Answer incoming calls/emails and provide information to external sources
- Review customs brokerage documents
- Enter shipment data and trace shipments
- Other duties as assigned
- Afternoon (4pm-12am) and midnight (12am-8am) shift available 

Experience:

- Recent office admin./data entry experience required
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work 

- Customer service or sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Data entry skills will be tested 

Salary:

$12-17/hr. depending on experience
