Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will provide strategic leadership to our Infrastructure Services portfolio which includes: Engineering Services, Facilities Management, Fleet, Asset Management, Transportation Services and Operations teams, as well as Kitchener Utilities.

 

As a member of our Corporate Leadership Team, you will play a key role in corporate strategic development, including high-level financial direction, priority-setting and organizational development. Your strong political acumen and respect for the partnership between administrative staff and Council ensure that you are a responsive direct liaison to City Council.

 

You have proven confident, proactive leadership capabilities and are a strategic thinker who has demonstrated success in a senior management role within the municipal or private sector. Your exceptional interpersonal skills have earned you a reputation for building a positive, accountable work culture and developing and inspiring strong management teams and staff. A model example of exceptional commitment to customer service, you set the standard for a department that strives to provide the highest quality of services to Kitchener citizens.
