We are looking for a Coordinator for our busy client in Waterloo in their operations department. Prior experience in an administrative role with strong Excel skills is required.


The primary responsibility of the incumbent are:
Provide support and manage aspects of the operations print initiative
Meet with management and analysts to understand project requirements, risks and opportunities
Gather and organize data in a logical manner to facilitate analysis and future decision making
Assimilate data and make informed recommendations, including reporting on and consolidating results
Take meeting minutes and prepare for meetings
Working with managers and executives

5 months contract
$16.50/hr
Waterloo
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Start date: Feb 2nd


Effective communication skills, both verbal & written
Strong resource management skills - self directed
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting workloads and deliverables
Proven experience in MS Office
Must have strong Ms Excel knowledge (working with formulas)
Ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
Ability to work well independently, as well as with others as part of a team
Education in Computing Financial Management, Math or Business program is an asset
