We are looking for a top-tier Building Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping properties running safely, efficiently, and looking their best. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems with confidence and care.

Location: Cambridge ON

Wage: $25 - $35 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• Working from Heights experience is an asset (not required)
• Basic plumbing maintenance
• Toilet and faucet repair
• Drain cleaning
• Basic carpentry skills
• Framing of simple walls
• Drywall installation, mudding, taping, and repairs
• Painting
• Tile and carpet installation
• Ability to safely use hand tools
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional training
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Positive Teamwork Attitude
