Building Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a top-tier Building Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping properties running safely, efficiently, and looking their best. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems with confidence and care.

Location: Cambridge ON
Wage: $25 - $35 per hour
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working from Heights experience is an asset (not required)
- Basic plumbing maintenance
- Toilet and faucet repair
- Drain cleaning
- Basic carpentry skills
- Framing of simple walls
- Drywall installation, mudding, taping, and repairs
- Painting
- Tile and carpet installation
- Ability to safely use hand tools
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional training
What You Bring to the Table:
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Positive Teamwork Attitude
