Our client in the Kitchener-Waterloo area is currently looking to fill a permanent Bilingual French Customer Service Representative position. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the complete customer relationship from initial contact through the ordering, shipping, and sales follow-up process. You will also provide after-sales support to Canadian consumers and the Quebec market.

• Demonstrate superior customer service skills in both English and French by providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries regarding availability, delivery, price and product information, as well as general company information.

• Answer phones promptly and professionally.

• Provide support for sales team by updating reports, providing leads and other miscellaneous duties as required.

• Promptly and accurately data enter customer orders received via e-mail, fax, EDI or phone into SAP system.

• Importing/exporting orders, ASN’s and invoices throughout the day.

• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with co-workers and customers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and order compliance with related contracts, standards, processes, policies and procedures.

• Recognize potential problems and implement solutions in assigned activities.

• Maintain applicable reports, records, and systems (manual and computerized).

• Provide quality responses to customers about list prices and new product inquiries and requests.

• Assist other departments i.e. Marketing, Sales, Warehouse/Shipping, etc. where appropriate and develop solid internal partnerships to ensure our customers' satisfaction.

Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years customer service experience
- Detail-oriented

* Experience with SAP system is an asset however training will be provided.
* Knowledge of MS Office is required, especially in Excel
* Bilingual (English/French) is required
