We are currently recruiting to fill an Inside Sales Representative job in Cambridge, ON.  This client is looking for an enthusiastic, results driven sales professional to sell manufactured components to internal and external customers while providing technical information, support and service to customers.  The salary range for this role is between $40,000-$50,000/yr depending on experience

The responsibilities for this Inside Sales Representative job includes:
- Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status or delivery confirmation
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; working closely with the machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders
- Enter orders and quotes and perform quote follow-up in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Provide technical and non technical support and services to clients and other staff member regarding the use, operation and maintenance of equipment

Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skill, with a good knowledge of effective sales techniques over the phone and through email
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to perform in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Minimum of 1-2 years sales/customer service experience
- Mechanical aptitude and technical inclination required
- Must be customer service focused
- Must be a team player with the ability to self manage to succeed and drive goals
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bilingual in English and French preferred, but not required
