Position Summary

The RIS Recruiter will assist the Account Manager in the responsibility of the Recruitment and Selection parts of the In-house practices.

The primary objective of an RIS Recruiter is to ensure consistent delivery of all tasks related to Recruitment and Selection including advertising and posting, screening applicants, booking and conducting interviews, and compliance management for all potential candidates. RIS Recruiters are also responsible for evaluating candidates¡¦ skill and experience specific for the client in order to make effective matches. The Recruiter will assist the Account Manager in developing and managing a database of qualified candidates for the specific RIS account. You deliver this high level of service to our candidates and our clients by:

- Daily responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, and developing the flexible workforce staff.
- Recruiting and interviewing workers to meet and exceed the needs of our clients
- Research creative ways of advertising, posting and attracting potential candidates
- Evaluating talent and assessing client demands to make the match between the client¡¦s staffing needs and the candidate¡¦s skills and experience
- Develop and manage a talent pipeline that aligns with the client¡¦s needs/requirements
- Supporting client operations by providing top quality service and talent management to support their business operations needs
- Administer and maintain all compliance records
- Ensuring completion of employment references for all potential candidates
- Administering and monitoring Health and Safety Assessments
- Administer and process Background Checks; Criminal and/or Credit
- Create and maintain a live talent pipeline to ensure proactive operational success
- Daily and ongoing communication with account manager to understand upcoming business requirements
