We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join our Woodstock facility as the onsite Materials Supervisor, providing their expertise developing and maintaining an efficient production schedule. This supports the plant goals for manufacturing excellence and profitability. This role will evolve as we progress, but in your first year your key accountabilities will be:

  • Ensure 100% accurate ontime delivery of all shipments.
  • Ensure adequate raw materials, efficient material flow, and the timely shipment of product to meet the daily production requirements.
  • Ensure that the Capability and Performance targets of all Manufacturing Processes are met through efficient materials management.
  • Provide manufacturing and technical knowledge and skills to support all aspects of production ensuring profitable, ontime, quality product to customers while maintaining a safe and healthy workplace

What you bring to the table:

You have five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a breadth of knowledge and experience that makes you comfortable leading all material related purchases and scheduling.  You have a passion for excellence and are driven to grow within our company.

Having the following background would be considered a strong asset: experience in automotive manufacturing, and/or steel industry.
