Job Description:
The Medical Radiation Technologist performs a variety of radiological imaging techniques, including X-ray, fluoroscopy, CT heads scanning and operating room studies. This part-time position will work days, evenings and nights including weekends. The MRT will also participate in student clinical education. The physical demands of the role may include but are not limited to standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling. This position contributes to ensuring there is a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.

Qualifications:
- Registration with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario required
- Registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists preferred
- Two years’ experience in Mammography preferred
- Experience in general radiography, gastrics, mobile radiography, intra-operative radiography including orthopedic radiographic OR procedures is required.
- Experience in CT including IV access and contrast media injections is preferred.
- Experience in Mammography preferred.
- Evidence of continuing education related to the profession is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
