Job Description
Lucas Professional Search Group is recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative for a client in Kitchener, Ontario.
The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and expanding sales revenue with new and existing clients as well as increasing market share in new territories.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through marketing, cold calling, inside sales and networking
- Retain existing clients and increase business through relationship building and providing exceptional customer service
- Respond to all customer needs/concerns and identify new opportunities and products specific to each client
- Prepare and present sales presentations
- Develop a sales strategy that is aligned with company objectives and sales quotas
Requirements:
- College or University degree in a related field - Business, Marketing, Communications
- Minimum of 2 years business to business outside sales experience
- Basic understanding of sales techniques, skills and marketing avenues
- Strong communication, planning, organization and time management skills
- Excellent consultative selling and negotiating skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (insurance coverage provided by the company)
