Our client in Waterloo is looking for an Intermediate - Senior B.A to start ASAP.
Qualifications:
* University / College degree in Information Technology or Business.
* 4+ Years of B.A Experience in any industry
* 3-5 years of requirement analysis, gathering, management and documentation.
* 2+ years experience dealing directly with stakeholders
* Understanding of Information Technology concepts, standards, procedures and policies including in depth
knowledge of requirement analysis and modeling tools and techniques.
* Experience working with senior level management staff.
* 1+ years experience working with small, medium to large business/system projects
* Experience analyzing & defining business & system requirements within a Supply Chain organization an asset.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Extensive facilitation skills, with the ability to handle multiple demands and priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to both business users and technical staff including formal
business process documentation.
