Title: Investing Coach for Real Estate Education Company
Terms of Employment: Full Time
Starting Salary: 40,000 - 50,000
Anticipated Start: Immediately
Location: Guelph, Ontario

Requirement: Experience in real estate investing
What can I expect to do in this role?
• Receive and make coaching calls for our highest level members
• Walk members through the coaching curriculum
• Advise members on all aspects of real estate investing; including property management, sourcing properties, finding experts and evaluating investing strategies.
• Work with LWA to continuously refine and redefine the coaching program based on feedback you have received.
• Maintain an open-mind and offer support and encouragement to members throughout their investing journey
• Adapt as a contributing member of the team to emerging priorities and evolving business requirements of the organization
Skills Required:
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• You can communicate effectively, professionally and courteously in-person, by telephone and by email to members.
• You can explain program information and provide individual feedback to members.
• You have written communication skills to prepare routine correspondence with content, grammar and formatting accuracy.
• You can exercise diplomacy, tact and judgment when dealing with contentious, sensitive, confidential or challenging issues.
• You are professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions, whether with customers or co-workers
Administrative Skills
• You have knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures in order to keep client files organized
Organization and Problem Solving Skills
• You can determine what matters most and give it priority when performing a variety of different tasks with conflicting deadlines
• You have a creative mindset with the ability to overcome business obstacles, and ability to brainstorm new business strategies and solutions
• You enjoy maintaining a highly organized work environment
Other Requirements:
• You have experience in the real estate industry, rental property management and an open mind to new investing strategies.
• You have experience in a Customer Service related position for a minimum of 1-3 years.
• Though not required, experience in a coaching and/or motivational role an asset
• You have experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
• You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm in addition to some evenings and weekends as required.
• High School Diploma required, Post-Secondary Education recommended but not required.
