Purple Hearts Security is currently Hiring Concierge Security Guards Currently we are looking to fill our casual, part-time and full-time positions The hourly rate varies on experience.

A Security Guard Concierge, represents a Guard who consistently demonstrates an enhanced level of customer service. The Concierge offers a “1-Stop Shop” experience where all questions/ concerns/ issues can be handled. Customers, tenants, patrons, contractors and all other points of contact that the Concierge interfaces with will enjoy an intentional, personal, and differentiated experience.
As the Security Guard Concierge elevates the standard of Security’s role in providing exceptional customer service, they remain focused and attune to maintaining safety and security measures for the site and reducing liability. The Security Concierge not only represents Purple Hearts Security and its values, but serves to embody the image and brand of the company.
We are looking for experienced, customer service oriented individuals to fill the following Security Guard positions:
Security Guard/Concierge for condominiums Full Time, Part Time, and Casual positions.
Security Guard Qualifications: -Valid Security Guard License (we will train and help you attain an Ontario Security Licence at an extra cost)
-Valid Emergency First Aid Certification (which you can receive from Purple Hearts Security at your own expense)
-Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
-Intermediate Computer Skills
-Excellent Customer Service Skills; Outgoing with a Friendly Personality
-Secondary School Education (or equivalent) -Post Secondary Education is an asset
-Valid class G Driver’s License is an asset
-Security and Police Foundations Diploma is an asset
-Experience in the Security industry, Law Enforcement and/or Military field is an asset
The Security Guard Concierge is: Personable, well-trained, respectful, authoritative, and above all PROFESSIONAL. They are friendly, greeting each interaction with a smile and eye contact. Wages are industry competitive, site specific and positional based.
