Job Description
SurgeOne Inc. (DBA: Surge1, surge1.com ) is a software as service provider for installation services companies throughout North America. We are a CRM and operations management platform for PO processing, scheduling, and invoicing. Our clients are independent companies that handle installation services for multiple categories ( e.g. flooring, plumbing, appliance, windows and doors, kitchens and countertops ) across multiple big box brands (e.g. Lowe’s, Home Depot, others). Our client companies range in size from single operators to large scale super-regionals.
Surge1 began operations in Nashville, TN in 2016, and we have rapidly grown. Our business and sales operations are based in Nashville. Our primary development is based in London, Ontario, and we have offshore operations that support development. We currently have twelve people working on a full-time, fully remote basis. All Surge1 staff and contractors work from home, are paid competitive salaries and receive paid vacation and statutory holidays. Canadian workers receive additional pay in lieu of benefits.

Currently, we are searching to fill the following position:
Intermediate Support/Developer
This is tier three tech support role. The position involves 50% implementing new features per client requests and 50% tracking down and resolving issues. You will work closely with our tech support team to assist them by reviewing code and identifying sources and causes of various issues.
This is a full stack position. You may be adding or resolving issues in the database using SQL, the business layer using C#, or the web application that uses Razor, CSS, HTML and jQuery.
