SURVEYOR
The Surveyor will produce topographical land surveys, layout and grade control for various ICI and recreational construction projects. Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering Technology or related fields, and or previous work experience obtained over a minimum of 3 years required. Experience with Microsurvey, Total Stations and GPS equipment an asset.

SUPERVISORS
Supervisors are responsible for leading labourers and subcontractors towards the successful completion of ICI building and site development/landscape construction projects. They plan, schedule and execute tasks in accordance with the construction schedule and budget, specifically related to ensuring subcontractors perform their work as outlined in the contract documents, specifications and schedule.  Successful candidates will have a minimum 5 years experience in ICI construction supervision, general site works including earthmoving, surveying and layout capabilities, be well versed in the OHSA and construction regulations, and the ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Any combination of technical training, LEED AP, CET, or GSC is an asset.
