What are the responsibilities of the job?

- Full-cycle recruitment dedicated to large volume clients
- Screening, interviewing, assessment and selection of suitable candidates
- Compliance administration and monitoring
- On-boarding, orientation and scheduling of candidates
- Proactive ‘talent pool’ management
- Daily client interaction
- Performance management
- Meeting KPIs, deadlines and reporting on activities
