Our Background
Ezee Credit Auto Leasing & Sales (see www.ezeecredit.com) has been a leader in special automotive financing for almost 25 years. We have developed and refined a unique and differentiated program to assist customers with credit challenges into great vehicles and re-establish themselves at the same time. We also have the financial strength and ability to self-finance all of our own deals and are not dependant on outside bank approval. We are seeking an additional Consultant to join our team.

The Job
Our Consultants:
· Are provided with quality leads in addition to regular dealership traffic.
· Meet with Customers to determine their automotive needs.
· Assess their financial and credit circumstances.
· Develop a financial automotive plan for customers including vehicle selection and financing.
· Complete the sale and deliver the vehicle.
The Rewards
· Have the opportunity to earn above average income ($60K plus)
· Receive full commissions plus a guaranteed income while training.
· Receive a monthly performance bonus.
· Work in a supportive, friendly, team atmosphere.
· Receive strong management support.
· A comprehensive benefits package including drug, dental, life and disability insurance.
· Have the opportunity to drive a company vehicle.
The Requirements

To be considered an applicant must have at minimum 1 year previous retail sales experience. No previous automobile sales experience is required to apply although automotive sales or financing experience may be considered advantageous.
