SAF-HOLLAND Canada Limited located in Woodstock Ontario is a worldwide leading manufacturer and supplier of premium product systems and components for the global commercial vehicle industry. The product range includes axle and suspension systems, fifth wheels, couplers, kingpins, and landing gear legs.
The following career opportunity is currently available:
Service and Warranty Representative
This position requires an individual with a Mechanical Engineering Technician or Technologist Diploma or Business Degree from a recognized University, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer service / warranty inquiries, customer instruction on product installation, operation, maintenance and servicing. Travel to field customers for Sales and Service support, Inspection of warranty returns. The ideal candidate will have a working technical knowledge of commercial vehicle components, experience utilizing Microsoft Office, is a self-motivated strong team player with exceptional communication, skills. A familiarity with Solid Works and SAP would be an asset.
