Job Description
Final Coatings is a new company providing e-coat paint services to both automotive and non-automotive customers. Our legacy will be to provide World Class Quality and Customer Service through an empowered team of professionals. We currently have the following position available in our Woodstock location:
Paint Line Technician - on a three shift rotation
The successful candidate will possess sound technical knowledge of paint systems and their applications as well as exhibiting strong leadership and organizational skills.
It will be the responsibility of the Paint Line Technician to assure:

It will be the responsibility of the Paint Line Technician to assure:
- Scheduling of production and adherence to shipping schedules
- Foster culture of respect, integrity and successful succession planning
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Equivalency
- College or University education an asset
- Valid driver’s licence
- No criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted
- Must possess intermediate computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work all shifts as needed
- Unwavering commitment to Customer satisfaction
- Ensure paint line process is kept within process parameters
- Assist with and monitor performance tables for paint line team
- Monitor and report out on all Customer measurables (Customer service)
- Implement and monitor suggestion system (Opportunities for Improvement)
- Adherence to Health and Safety regulations (Knowledge, Educate, Lead)
- Be available for PM duties beyond normal shift (weekends)
- Be willing to work overtime
- All other duties as assigned
Wage & BENEFITS:
- FCI offers a competitive wage of $17.50 / hour for this position.
- The company also offers a benefit package which includes life insurance, extended health and dental plan.Premiums are paid by both the employer and employee.
