A Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers coming into our location. They build strong, trusting relationships with our customers, and advise them on the best practices for keeping their vehicles safe and properly maintained. Service Advisors work with our entire team ranging from our customer service representatives, to our experienced technicians and everyone in-between to provide the outstanding service that our customers have come to expect.

Position Characteristics:

• 2 years experience as a Service Advisor
• Collaborative professional who promotes teamwork and works cohesively within a team-oriented environment
• Experience in Customer Service
• Industry experience is preferred

• Outgoing, enthusiastic and a self-starter
• Solid interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
