Responsible for assisting customers by properly identifying needed items, using parts catalogs & computer system, distributing special order parts, receiving warranty parts, and maintaining shelf stock

QUALIFICATIONS include: 1-year certificate from a college/tech school OR 3-6 years of related experience or training
