Production Assembler, Full Time, Day Shift (7:00 am to 4:00pm)

As the Production Assembler, you will assemble components required in the manufacture of finished products, test, label, package and prepare product for shipping.

  • Responsible for assembly of components into a finished product using hand tools (pneumatic drill, silicone, hammer)
  • Perform routine care and maintenance of tools and equipment
  • Prepare and maintaining work area in safe condition
  • Spatial perception to understand and visualize relationships and arrangement of parts in products and in the assembly line process
  • Responsible for quality control of their own assembly process and ability to deliver consistent quality standards
  • High attention to detail is essential with ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast pace environment
  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment with machine operation experience
  • Manual dexterity, speed, accuracy and hand-eye coordination is essential to operate assembly line equipment safety and efficiently in order to maximize production and minimize waste; activities involve fitting, attaching, gluing, cutting, and assembling
  • Must be able to communicate, cooperate and work effectively with others to ensure efficient and smooth production-line operations
  • Must be knowledgeable of proper safety standards and procedures and be proficient in the safe operation of machines and equipment
  • Must be able to understand verbal or written instructions
  • Must be versatile and be able to work in more than one area of the production process as requested
  • All other related duties or projects, as assigned
