Job Description
Quarry is currently seeking an experienced Financial Insight Analyst to join our team. If you have excellent problem solving skills, are a good relationship builder and have strong Excel skills, you could be the new teammate we’re looking for.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will champion the role, contributions and practices of client financial administration, working alongside the Quarry team and collaborating firsthand with clients to produce invoices and budgets on a timely basis. You will prepare, analyze, interpret and communicate financial results to the Client Service team, along with maintaining effective client budget reports.

You will prepare, analyze, interpret and communicate financial results to the Client Service team, along with maintaining effective client budget reports.
What you’ll be doing:
- Financial Direction – Actively work with Client Service teams on forecasting and budgeting processes. Provide the team with up-to-date financial information regarding client budgets/forecasts. Assess budget controls and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Reporting – Production of monthly financial reporting package for business leaders. Communicate results and identify opportunities.
- Client Financial Facilitation – Preparation of client invoices and verification of related documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Minimum 2–5 years of related experience and a College diploma or University degree in business or accounting.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel. Advanced Excel skills would be an asset.
- Someone who loves being part of an energetic, enthusiastic team, but also isn’t afraid to forge ahead independently when required.
- Strong communication skills and a comfort level for making recommendations to all levels of management.
- Previous experience with U.S. and Canadian sales and use taxation is a definite asset.
